Why iTube?

The vacuum tube on GINI iTube

Why does GINI iTube sound better?

Because of the high-end approach - vacuum tubes...

Original audio signal is first converted to digital format and copied to digital media such as CD.

Such digital bit streams can be further encoded and compressed into digital file formats (e.g. mp3, aac, etc.) that are significantly smaller in size such that more digital data can be stored.

In the process, a certain degree of details from the original analog signal are inevitably lost when the compressed signal is converted back to analog signal before it is fed to the final amplification stage.

Vacuum tube by nature is well known for it ability to smooth out the edges, especially in the frequency range that is most sensitive to human hearing perceptions. Vacuum tubes are usually found in high-end audio equipment.
